You should take stock of all your accomplishments by 2020 before you start thinking about 2021. The CEO of the leadership training programme, Meseekna, says that he thinks big and small and looks beyond what he has achieved during working hours. “Have you written a post on your blog? Apply to employment? Think of moments when you work on something that makes you feel relaxed and worthwhile. How do you do what tasks? How do you work in the environment? With whom do you interact? Tap social and professional networks to learn more and find supporters who will keep you accountable over time.

You might well already know, based on your experiences, that you do not like certain activities or work in certain contexts. Dream about what you’d want from there and how to make this part of your daily life more personal. Withchell says.
What would you do on your own?
There are multiple targets to wait for another team, and the way to start a new job needs to wait for job openings, wait for the hiring manager to hear them again, and wait for the interview process to happen. Your overall objective could be to lock a new role in 2021, which means that your new job objective might include benchmarks to study a new company each week or to attend a networking event on a monthly basis.
How is your time spent every day?
BetterUp’s CEO and co-founder Alexi Robichaux likes to do a daily time check and produces a pie chart that shows how he spends an hour in a day. He can see from there how much time he spends on different projects and work meetings. When you spend more time in one place than you would like, he says he sets deadlines that can take you to your ideal.
What’d be your dream day?
You once realized, for example, that you will start with an exciting two hour breakfast in one portion of your “Perfect Day.” But apart from being on holiday, you must have wondered, “What is that idea which empowers me? You thought of specific ways to work this into the rhythm of your routine: you started to bed early, got up earlier and not arranging meetings first of all. I remembered, I want to have free of a slow morning.”
What makes you find strength every day?
If 2020 was a lesson in letting go of your original ambitions, 2021 is about maintaining the strength you built through difficult times.Think about what helped you get through particularly turbulent days this year: How did you manage your time? To do your best at home and at work, how much versatility did you require of your boss? What have you done every day to care for yourself?
